Storage and Buffer
Our storage systems are designed to bridge short term machinery downtime and give ‘just in time’ product availability, to ensure maximum production stability protection.
We offer three storage and buffer systems:
Verso Stor
Designed to fit neatly into the available space, allowing stored products to be re-fed as ‘first in – first out’ or ‘last in – first out’ depending upon product and application.
Horizontal buffer and re-feed systems
They are motion-controlled conveyors located downstream of the final transfer station and flexible enough to deal with high and low-speed applications effortlessly.
Trombone buffer system
It is ideally suited for random product flows and provides a cost-effective solution at the front end of a production line. The system employs a ‘U’ shaped conveyor that automatically lengthens to buffer product and shortens when re-feeding.
The storage and buffer systems can be seamlessly integrated with the flow wrappers.
