With a compact footprint nearly half the size of traditional carton formers, the HS Mini retains the advanced features of the Bradman Lake HS Former, including forming rates of up to 60 strokes per minute, quick changeovers, and an Allen-Bradley control platform.
Each machine is ready for production, whether used as a stand-alone unit or as part of an integrated Bradman Lake packaging system, which can include a flow wrapper, carton loader, carton closer, case packer or a palletiser—making Bradman Lake the ideal one-stop shop.
The machine’s core strength lies in its seamless future integration with Bradman Lake’s innovative loading and closing equipment, allowing full automation whilst preserving the benefits of the initial capital investment.

HS Mini Carton Former and Tray Erector
The HS Mini can be tooled to erect various styles of lock and glue-form cartons and trays, including standard three-flap or front-flap cartons, turn-over-end cartons, hooded lid cartons, and shelf-ready display cartons.
At the show, the carton former on display will be set up to lock-erect three-flap cartons.
