Interpack 2023 Review
Bradman Lake had a very successful trade show at Interpack. The show was held on 4th-10th May 2023 at the Messe Düsseldorf Trade Fair Centre, Germany. Bradman Lake showcased its capabilities and experience in providing both top load and side load packaging approaches.

We also launched a new machine at the show, which generated a lot of interest.”

Visitors to Bradman Lake’s stand witnessed in action the new high-speed pressure-less Intelligent Motion Feeder (IMF), specifically designed to meet the challenges of today’s packaging industry needs by improving efficiency and flexibility and helping to increase profitability.
The IMF, with the Rockwell Automation iTRAK, fed products into an FT120 Flow Wrapper. The wrapped products then entered Dual Racetrack Robotic Toploader DRT, which picked and placed products into top load cartons that were formed and glued on the HSS Servo Driven Carton Former. Filled cartons were transferred to the IL120 Three Flap Carton Closer and sealed using hot melt adhesive. This demonstrated a full system with a flexible and modular top load cartoning approach.
For the side load approach, Bradman Lake showcased the well-established SL903 End Load Cartoner which erects, loads, and closes cartons within one frame. An optional low-height carton hopper was demonstrated. Many other optional are features are available to enable the machine to be readily adapted to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
