Join us at PPMA 2022
Visit stand B70 at the PPMA Total Show on September 27-29 at the NEC, Birmingham and see our well-established SL903 End Load Cartoner fed by a Cascade Bag Loading System.
Bradman Lake’s SL903 end load cartoning equipment is the natural evolution of years of experience in the supply of packaging machines. It erects, loads, and closes cartons in one modular frame.
Machine guarding has been designed to provide both maximum visibility of operation and excellent machine access.
The SL903 Fully Automatic End Load Cartoner can handle a wide range of cartons and products, including lower grade carton materials, with easy, fast and repeatable size changing.
The SL903 is available with a variety of product infeed and collating systems for total automation with upstream equipment. A wide range of optional features, including a low-level hopper, are available to enable the machines to be readily adapted to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
Conveyor systems can be provided to facilitate product transport from flow wrapping machines and to feed cartoned product to case packing or shrink-wrapping machines also supplied by the Bradman Lake Group. The machine at the show will be fed by a cascade loader that comprises a system of infeed conveyors that feed bagged product into a rotary pocket. The function of the machine is to collate single or multiple bagged products and synchronise their placement into the infeed pockets of an automatic cartoner.
