The Super 2000S stick wrapping machine has been developed from the Super 2000 roll wrapping machine specially for square and rectangular products. The conventional rolling head belt is replaced by a four pocket mould wheel system whilst the same synchronous motor wrapping material feed system is retained. Sealing is by either the same glue wheel and dabber system as used on the roll wrapping machine or the use of a heat sealable wrapping material and heat seal discharge. The maximum operating speed for the Super 2000S is approximately 150 packs per minute.
