This is the basic and most versatile roll wrapping machine in Autowrappers range and uses the long standing principle of the rolling head belt. Packs can be produced with either single overall wraps or overall wraps with an outer label. In special cases an additional overall wrap can be produced for extra protection. Pack ends can be either point folded, with or without heat seal, or twisted ends.
The system employs the synchronous motor wrapping material feed with a choice of three different glue sealing methods. The maximum operating speed for the Super 2000 is approximately 180 packs per minute.
