The SL902 Fully Automatic End Load Cartoner is designed for those companies seeking an automatic machine for speeds up to 90 cartons per minute, a large size range and simple but strong construction.

Machine operation

These machines continuously erect end load cartons fed from an inclined magazine. The cartons are extracted from the magazine by means of vacuum cups on the rotary feeder at a signal given by the product as it passes a sensor on the infeed conveyor.

The cartons are then erected into the flight chains.

The product, which has been automatically or manually placed into the pockets of the product infeed conveyor is then gently pushed into the open end of the product inserter.

After filling, the carton is closed using hot melt adhesive.
