The simplest of Bradman Lake's range of end load cartoning machines, the SL50 is used worldwide, by companies, both large and small, as a starter machine or as an inexpensive way of meeting short run or promotional needs.
Machine operation
The SL50 machine seals end-load cartons with hot-melt adhesive. The operator first erects the carton and inserts the product by hand before folding in the minor and lower major flaps. the filled carton, with the upper major flaps extended, is placed into the moving infeed conveyor for closing.
