UK REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Bradman Lake group is a major UK designer and manufacturer of innovative packaging machinery and ‘state of the art’ single source systems. With an impressive product portfolio incorporating the world-renowned brands of Autowrappers and Europack, clients include many of the world’s leading food and household products companies.
With regional offices based in China and Russia supported by manufacturing plants in the UK and USA, this established and reputable brand has continued to flourish globally in today’s challenging market conditions.
Now wishing to strengthen its UK sales team, Bradman Lake Ltd is recruiting additional Regional Sales Managers who will play a key role in the future success and development of the business.
Ideally applicants will be of graduate calibre, or equivalent, with a proven track record in sales and client account management. A full understanding of product handling systems and the packaging machinery sector is essential.
As a team player, candidates are required to develop effective multi-level contacts within the client base and after the necessary training, demonstrate and present a thorough understanding of Bradman Lake’s product portfolio and its benefits.
The ideal candidates must possess strong commercial and negotiation skills and be experienced in strategic account management and business development with the commitment and motivation to succeed within this growing packaging machinery organisation.
