Augsburg, 1st February 2012. An investor solution has been found for the sheet fed business of manroland AG in insolvency proceedings. The privately owned British engineering group, Langley Holdings plc, has emerged as the investor behind the takeover of the sheet fed printing equipment division, its production facilities (including all real estate in Offenbach), together with the international marketing organization in more than 40 countries (www.manroland.com).

Langley Holdings plc today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011.

In late September 2011 the Bradman Lake Group was successful in securing a third order for packing machinery from a very large and diverse chocolate candy and cereal manufacturer based in the West Indies.

In November 2011 Bradman Lake was selected to supply a significant quantity of new packaging machinery to participate in a large plant investment made by a major frozen food manufacturer in the North East of the USA.

Beccles, 8 December 2011. Bradman Lake, a worldwide provider of integrated packaging systems, announced its plans today for a major expansion of its manufacturing facility in Beccles, near Norwich, due to the increasing demand for packaging machinery.

Retford, 20 July 2011. Langley Holdings plc today released its Interim Trading Statement for the 6 months ended 30 June 2011. The group posted an operating profit of €31.3m on revenues of €235.8m.
