Visit stand B90 and see Bradman Lake's latest VGR Flow Wrapper System in action.

Visitors to the stand will see Bradman Lake’s latest vision guided robotic (VGR) feed system incorporating smart camera technology linked to a Rockwell ControlLogix programmable automation controller (PAC) feeding into Bradman Lake’s FT120 state-of-the-art flow wrapper.

They will see how the system allows for fast and simple instruction of the machine for new products and how the the same smart camera recognises and rejects out-of-specification product.

The single PAC unit controls robot movement and pick strategy, product tracking and placement. Visitors will also see how new product formats are easily set up on the intuitive HMI screens.

Ergonomic and highly efficient, Bradman Lake’s VGR Flow Wrapper System offers outstanding cost benefits with the flexibility to meet current and future market demands.

Bradman Lake’s VGR Flow Wrapper System can be integrated with Bradman Lake’s secondary and tertiary packaging equipment to provide a complete packaging solution.
