Bradman Lake has delivered its scalable solutions based approach to thousands of installations worldwide, initiating major technology innovations to exceed ever-increasing demands for speed and accuracy in the production of chocolate bars and confectionery products throughout the world.

Their knowledge in the gentle handling of all types of chocolate and confectionery products is second to none. From single ‘stand alone’ machines to complete high speed packaging systems. An essential ingredient within Bradman Lake's success is the capability to meet specific market challenges including robustness, ease of maintenance and hygiene.

A typical Bradman Lake chocolate and confectionery packaging system comprises of a flow wrapper, feeding a robotic top loader collating individual products, picking and placing multiple collations into secondary multi-pack flow wrapper infeed. The case packer packing the multi-packed products in corrugated cases then transferring the cases to a palletiser. The system can be fed from an automatic distribution system with product storage and refeed equipment and also includes bar turn units and phase feeders.

Bradman Lake provides true, single-source turnkey systems, with project management from initial concept to site acceptance and beyond. The benefits to customers include: commonality of engineering standards and parts; a single point of contact for procurement; project manager and aftermarket; FAT for full system occurs in single location and systems are fully integrated and tested prior to delivery resulting in expedited start up.

Intuitive HMIs and a common control platform – utilising the latest CIP motion technology – offer customers an easier method of extracting information from a single source, as well as seamless exchange of data upstream and downstream.
